Growth Mindset
We believe that we can ‘grow’ our talents and abilities with hard work, perseverance and learning from our mistakes.
The Croft offers its pupils a diverse range of opportunities within both a broad, balanced curriculum, and a varied programme of extracurricular activities, enabling them to discover new interests and talents, and flourish.
Whilst both sport and the creative arts play an important part in the curriculum, our programme of extracurricular clubs offer the children the option of enhancing their skills further, or trying something new. From Rugbytots and multi-sports for the Pre-school children, music ensembles, art clubs, karate and fencing for the older children, to our new cookery and forest school clubs for toddlers, it is our aim to foster the enjoyment of learning in all of them.
We also support and celebrate the successes of our children in their pursuits outside school which give them the confidence to deal with challenges they may face in the classroom.
