SPRING CONCERT A HUGE thank you to everyone who attended our Spring Concert last week! It was a truly magnificent evening, with nearly two-thirds of the school taking part in an unforgettable musical showcase. Titled 'The Classics', the concert featured an incredible range of music - from Beethoven to The Beatles. The audience enjoyed a mix of solo performances alongside our fantastic ensemble groups: Windjammers, Super Strings, Brass Ensemble, Mundell Ensemble, Croft Consort, and Bonnie Sangsters, as well as our Junior and Senior Choirs and our impressive 50-piece Orchestra.A special thank you to Mrs Collet-Wilby and our team of peri-teachers for their dedication and inspiration in nurturing our talented young musicians. #theadventure #excellence

GIRLS' FOOTBALL This time last week some of our Year 5 and 6 girls got involved in the biggest EVER football challenge. Skills coaching and mini games were all part of the one-day event, and needless to say, a great day had by Team Croft! Day 8

Props are starting to feature in rehearsals, with Villagers selling their items and wolf masks making the cast of Year 6 more terrifying!

There once was a ship… . Year 6 took to the sea today at Portland Sailing Centre in homemade rafts escorted by a bunch of pirates. Some rafts were more sea worthy than others and many sailors were made to walk the plank. Thank goodness the sea was not too cold. #adventure https://t.co/0S4FZTpr8A

SPORTS ROUNDUP What an incredible experience for our girls at the IAPS National U11 Netball Finals at Bryanston School in Dorset! They played exceptionally well, winning 3 out of 4 matches in the group stage and finishing 2nd in their group to secure a spot in the Cup quarter-finals! Though we were defeated by a strong team in the quarter-finals - who later went on to play in the final - we couldn't be prouder of how our girls came together and gave it their all. A huge well done to each and every one of them for their hard work, determination, and team spirit! Last weekend, our runners took on the National Primary and Year 7 Cross-Country Finals at the NAEC, Stoneleigh - and what a performance it was! Every year group gave it their all, pushing themselves to incredible finishes and contributing to Warwickshire's impressive standings on the leaderboards. A proud parent shared, "We have loved watching our daughter's confidence grow in participating in these events." Moments like these make all the hard work worth it! #theadventure #friendshipandtrust #excellence

Day 10. 'Break a leg!'

Performance day has arrived! After A week and a half, Year 6 performed to the whole school, before the evening and Saturday performance.

Day 7

On Tuesday the group focussed on creating the main backdrop of the village, with the help of Mr Genders and Mrs Lawrence, along with singing rehearsals on stage.
